Company Management

S.Vaasudevan aged 70 years is a Post Graduate in Economics and Business Administration and has specialized in Export Marketing. He underwent a specialized International Marketing Training in the Netherlands in 1985 under the auspicious of the Netherlands Government. He worked in the processed fruit products exports companies between 1983 and 1991.

With the marketing and business experience of eight years, he incorporated a Private Limited Company in 1992 in Bangalore and has since been engaged in exports of Natural Processed Fruit Products Exports. Under his stewardship, the company has organically grown and has exported so far more than USD 49 millions in 31 years.

He is engaged in the following activities of the company:

• Overall Management of the company.
• Entering into agreements / contracts with processing units and contract suppliers.
• Arrangement of finances for the company with Banks and Financial institutions.
• Coordinating with auditor, company secretary, advocates whenever necessary on matters of compliances, commercial laws, income tax and other taxes.
• Takes responsibility for sales of company's products as well as receivables.
